Pendergrass Smith Consulting (PSC) is an African American woman owned, San Francisco-based, consulting firm offering full service Management Consulting and Organizational Support.  Established in 2005, PSC provides a holistic approach to designing management services with inclusivity at its core.  Our mission is to improve the lives of people by helping municipal and nonprofit organizations fulfill their potential.  We accomplish our mission by providing services that merge the best management practices from the non-profit, public and for-profit sectors. 

We offer a wide range of complimenting management services that include Organizational & Strategic Development, and Implementation, Management & Evaluation.
