Marsha Pendergrass, Managing Partner

Marsha brings over two decades of experience in the fields of nonprofit management, program planning-development-implementation-management, and public and community relations. She has been successful in developing successful strategies for forging collaborative partnerships, organizational change management, executive management and organizational development. Marsha heads the Bay Area office located in San Francisco, CA.

Marsha holds a Masters in Public Administration from Baruch School of Public Affairs in New York. She received her Bachelors of Science in Business and Marketing from Notre Dame de Namur University in California. She has extensive leadership and facilitation training, including completion of the San Francisco Leadership Program and Professional Development for Consultants through the Community Development Institute. She has taught many workshops including marketing and business development courses at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in San Francisco.
