Sally Smith, Partner

Sally has over 25 years experience in grant writing, organizational development, board and staff development, and program evaluation for nonprofit agencies, cities, counties and foundations. Her background as a program director, executive director, and vice-president of community based agencies, evaluator of two federal demonstration grants, grant writer, and trainer of nonprofit staff members has given her the tools she needs to help clients to increase revenue, decrease staff turnover, and more efficiently deliver quality services to the community.

Sally received her Master of Arts degree in counseling psychology and certification as a chemical dependency specialist at Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, California and her B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) degree in political science at Mills College in Oakland, California. She heads the Southern California office in Palm Springs, CA.
