Program Evaluation
Most recently, PSC teamed with the LFA Group to conduct an evaluation for the San Francisco Sheriff’s Department’s No Violence Alliance (NoVA) Project. Because this individualized case management-focused approach to community reentry and violence prevention is a unique model, the evaluation research answered key questions about the effects of the NoVA Project on participant outcomes and community safety (outcomes evaluation), and assessed the functioning of the partnership among case managers, service providers, and the Sheriff’s Department (process evaluation). The evaluation results informed and assisted in the process of program and fund development thereby allowing continuation and expansion of Community Re-entry and Violence Prevention Programs.
Meeting Facilitation
PSC provides skilled facilitation that helps groups design and run highly effective meetings. Using proven methodologies such as Future Search, PSC can help your meetings and retreats run smoother, stay on track as well as achieve the desired results. Over the past five years PSC has facilitated:
- Annual board retreats
- Staff retreats
- Collaborative meetings between multiple organizations
- Strategic planning sessions
- Fund development planning sessions
