In 2005, Pendergrass & Associates and Sally Smith Consulting merged to offer a more comprehensive array of management services. Since 1998, both African-American, women-owned consulting firms have helped hundreds of organizations build capacity and improve organizational effectiveness through board training, strategic planning, fund development, program development, group facilitation, and community outreach.
