Over the past 20 years, Marsha Pendergrass has cultivated
her expertise in a variety of different disciplines: assessment, planning
and strategic development, budget and finance, facilities and construction,
grant writing and administration, marketing, outreach, and communications.
She has blended all of her experience in these disciplines to provide client services that focus on all levels of organizational effectiveness. Although she has been trained to research all facets of organizational needs, she maintains as her focus that organizations are made up of individuals and that no adequate solution fails to address the needs of the members of an organization. She has received an MPA (Masters in Public Administration) from Baruch School of Public Affairs in New York. Her undergraduate B.S. (Bachelors of Science) degree is from Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, California, where she majored in Business and Marketing. She has extensive leadership and facilitation training, including completion of the San Francisco Leadership Program and Professional Development for Consultants through the Community Development Institute. She is also a member of the Future Search Network. An
