Picture of Sally Smith Sally Smith has over 25 years experience in organizational development, training non-profit agencies in board and staff development, conflict management, strategic planning, and diversity in the workplace. She currently serves as consultant to:

  • Alameda County Food Bank
  • Pacific Schools Volunteers
  • Bay Area Black United Fund
  • The Peninsula Community Foundation

She is a highly successful resource development consultant to non-profit agencies, organizations, and cities, having raised more than $2 million for non-profit organizations in 2004.

Major grants ($250,000 or more) for children, youth, and family programs funded between 2003 - 2005 include:

  • Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County
  • Community Building Institute, East Palo Alto, CA

She has received her M.A. (Master of Arts) degree in counseling psychology and certification as a chemical dependency specialist at Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, California and her B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) degree in political science at Mills College in Oakland, California.
