Sally Smith has over 25 years experience in organizational
development, training non-profit agencies in board and staff development,
conflict management, strategic planning, and diversity in the workplace.

She is a highly successful resource development consultant to non-profit agencies, organizations, and cities, having raised more than $2 million for non-profit organizations in 2004.

She has received her M.A. (Master of Arts) degree in counseling psychology and certification as a chemical dependency specialist at Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, California and her B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) degree in political science at Mills College in Oakland, California.
